Your selected plan includes standard Ask Kes access. It does not include unlimited Ask Kes or the Max Pass Guarantee.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

First-time Kesler CPA Review customers may request a refund of their first membership payment within 30 days of that payment. There are no study-progress, course-completion, usage, score, or other performance requirements.

Email support@keslercpareview.com within 30 days with your account email, order information, and reason for requesting a refund. Your reason does not determine eligibility.

Your eligible refund is the amount actually paid for your first membership payment, less any previous refund and any included Print Credit used for nonrefundable printed materials as explained below. Any refundable tax is calculated separately.

Returning customers are not eligible for another 30-day guarantee, including customers who previously received a refund. Renewal payments do not start a new refund period. Requests after 30 days are not eligible under this guarantee, except where required by law.

An approved membership refund immediately ends access and benefits included with that membership, cancels its recurring payments, and removes its unused included Print Credit. Separately purchased benefits and unrelated credit remain subject to their own terms.

INCLUDED PRINT CREDIT

Complete includes $60 in Print Credit.

Eligible new-customer Monthly memberships unlock a one-time $60 Print Credit reward approximately 60 days after signup, after the initial payment and two consecutive successful monthly renewals. The exact timing depends on your billing dates and successful payments. This is a one-time reward, not a recurring monthly credit.

Buying a membership does not automatically order or ship printed materials. You must select your materials and redeem your credit through your account.

When our printing partner accepts an order, the included credit used from your membership becomes nonrefundable and reduces your eligible membership refund by that amount. Using all $60 of Complete's included credit therefore reduces the eligible membership refund by $60. Unused credit does not reduce the refund. Before you confirm a redemption, you will see its effect on your eligible membership refund.

An eligible cancellation or failed order before production can remove the deduction when cancellation or failure is confirmed and the credit is restored. Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Included Print Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Canceling, pausing, receiving a refund, or otherwise interrupting Monthly payments removes unused Monthly reward credit. Restarting or making a late payment does not restore that credit or earn another reward. Existing customers do not become newly eligible by restarting their subscription.

For damaged or incorrect printed materials, contact support@keslercpareview.com. Report transit damage with photos within 3 days of delivery, or an incorrect item within 7 days. We will arrange the applicable replacement and cover return shipping for an incorrect item if a return is required, as described in the Refund Policy. These reporting periods do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION

If you select a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the amount and billing frequency shown for your selected plan on this checkout page until you cancel, subject to the advance-notice terms below. A single-payment membership does not automatically renew.

You may cancel at any time using any of these methods:

2. Email support@keslercpareview.com.
3. Submit a request at https://keslercpareview.com/contact/.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain membership access through the period already paid for. No further recurring charges will be made after cancellation is processed. Cancellation alone does not issue a refund.

To avoid the next charge, please submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment. Your billing date is shown in your billing dashboard. We will email confirmation within 1 business day after cancellation is processed. Contact support if you do not receive it.

We will provide at least 7 days' advance written notice to your account email before price increases, billing-frequency changes, or material changes to included subscription features. You may cancel before the change takes effect. Longer notice or additional disclosures will be provided where required by law.

Approved subscription pauses are available for 30 or 60 days. Billing is suspended and your study progress is preserved during the pause. Contact support or use your account settings to request one. The Monthly Print Credit rule above still applies.

SECTION ACCESS

Your membership provides access to one CPA Exam section at a time. You may change your active section up to twice every 30 days. Email support@keslercpareview.com for assistance.

STANDARD ASK KES ACCESS

This plan includes 3,000 Ask Kes usage units per calendar month. A technical question uses 10 units; a study-coaching question uses 1 unit. You can ask up to 300 technical questions, 3,000 coaching questions, or a combination within the same allowance.

The following shorter limits also apply:

- 30 units during the preceding 5 minutes.
- 50 units during the preceding 1 hour.
- 150 units during the preceding 24 hours.

Technical and coaching questions share these limits across all conversations and CPA sections. For example, 150 units allows up to 15 technical questions or 150 coaching questions, or a combination, during a 24-hour period.

The monthly allowance resets at midnight UTC on the first day of each calendar month, regardless of your billing date. Unused units do not roll over. Starting a new conversation or switching sections does not reset your usage.

Ask Kes is for your personal exam preparation. Account sharing, automated requests, scraping, and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional advice. See the Terms of Use for full usage and service conditions.

COMPLETE / UNLIMITED COURSE ACCESS

For security and anti-piracy reasons, one-time Unlimited Access memberships, including Complete, deactivate after 12 months. If you still have an active Notice to Schedule (NTS), email a screenshot to support@keslercpareview.com to request reactivation. After review, we may renew course access for another 12 months at no additional charge so you can continue studying until you pass.

Unlimited course access does not mean unlimited Ask Kes. Course reactivation does not add Print Credit or Max Pass Guarantee coverage.

FINANCING AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you finance your purchase through Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal, or another provider, your repayments are governed by that provider's agreement. Requesting a Kesler refund does not itself cancel that agreement. Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment provider under its terms.

If a payment dispute is already open, your refund may need to follow the provider's dispute process to avoid duplicate reimbursement. Contact support@keslercpareview.com for help. Contacting us does not waive your right to dispute a charge or require you to miss a dispute deadline. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

Your membership grants a limited, non-transferable license to use Kesler CPA Review materials for your personal exam preparation. Materials include content licensed from McGraw Hill and questions and copyrighted content licensed from the AICPA, including SOC reports.

You may not share your account, redistribute course materials, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, use our content to create competing products, or use it to train or develop external AI or machine-learning systems. Copying and printing are permitted only through features or materials we expressly authorize. Authorized use of Ask Kes within the Service is permitted.

Violations may result in termination without refund and legal action, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
