Agreement to Terms

Buying any Kesler CPA Review textbook means you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, do not place an order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes, if any, are added at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. Orders are processed only after payment clears.

Shipping

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Standard shipping is free. We do not offer expedited shipping.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of Loss
Risk passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

No Refunds
All sales are final. See our separate No-Refund Policy for details on replacements for damage or incorrect items.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once payment is complete because we start processing right away.

Limited Warranty
We warrant that each book will be new and free of manufacturing defects on arrival. Your sole remedy for breach of this warranty is replacement of the defective book.

Intellectual Property
The book’s content, graphics and layout belong to Kesler CPA Review. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kesler CPA Review’s liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the book. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms apply to all orders placed after the effective date posted above.

No-Refund Policy

All sales are final

Once you place an order and payment clears, the sale is locked in. We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason.

Damaged in transit

If your book shows up banged-up, email photos of the damage to support@keslercpareview.com within 3 days of delivery. After review, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.

Wrong item received

Got the wrong textbook? Let us know at support@keslercpareview.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send the right book and cover return shipping for the incorrect copy.

Order cancellations

We process orders right away, so cancellations aren’t possible once payment is complete.
